This release was really focused on cleaning up screens and working on some "branding". I worked with an extremely talented caricature/cartoon artist I found on the Fiverr platform. His name is Claudio and you can find him on that platform under the handle "@claudiocartoon". He was an absolute joy to work with and he created an entire series of cartoon images that I can use to decorate the various Player Messages that pop up when the app opens to communicate things like tips and feature announcements. If you are looking for some original and fun gift ideas, I highly recommend that you reach out to Claudio. I fully expect to be collaborating with him for a long time.
The next release will be focused on addressing a couple of minor bugs that have been reported, but, mainly, I will be "heads down" while I upgrade my hardware and development environment in order to ensure that RBG will properly function with the next major release of IOS that is reportedly slated for later his summer. Performing that upgrade is, of itself, going to be a major event for me. I must ensure that I have a laptop and source code that will successfully compile on that upgraded operating system because my current laptop is incompatible. Fingers are crossed and anxiety level is somewhere around DEFCON 3!
As always, thank you to everyone for your support! I realize I say that a lot, but it really is humbling. Whether you are buying chips or watching videos or writing reviews or simply reaching out using "Send Feedback" with suggestions, know that you are involved helps maintain my enthusiasm!
Please stay safe!
